Product Achievements

Add records to the Product Achievement (crm_product_achievement) table to register the progress of advancement and promotion of your company's products and services in the system.

tip

Roles required:

  • Create, edit – crm_sales, crm_manager, crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_certificate_manager, crm_pam, admin.
  • Read – any user with an "out-of-the-box" B2B CRM role.
  • Delete – crm_admin, admin.

To create a product achievement, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Product Achievements.
  2. Click New and fill in the form fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Product Achievement form fields

  • Certification
  • Audit
  • Rating inclusion

Service/ProductNSpecify a product or service for which you create the achievement.
Sales directionNSpecify a sales direction the achievement belongs to. The field is completed automatically with the first found sales direction of the current user. You can change this value.
ResponsibleNSpecify an employee responsible for the achievement. The field is completed automatically with the current user. You can change this value.
ContentNSpecify the content related to the achievement.
DescriptionNAdd the achievement description.
Link to achievement or eventNSpecify an external link to the achievement or an event related to it.
TagsNSpecify the tags related to the achievement.
StateNSelect the current achievement state. Available options:
  • New – the achievement record is added but has not been worked on yet.
  • Planned – the achievement receiving is planned.
  • In progress – the work on receiving the achievement is in progress.
  • Received – the achievement has been received and is relevant at the moment.
  • Expired – the achievement has been received but is no longer relevant.
  • Failed to receive – the achievement was not received.
ImageNAdd an image illustrating the achievement.
Expected receiving dateNSpecify the expected receiving date of the achievement.
Receiving dateNSpecify the actual receiving date of the achievement.
Expiration dateNSpecify the date when the achivement stops being relevant.

Related lists

  • Publications – the list of publications in which the same content item as the one in the achievement is specified.

The Activity Feed widget is located on the saved record form with the Additional Comments and Work Notes tabs.
