Partnership Programs
Partnership Program (crm_partnership_program) is a form of cooperation between the companies, in which the partner company promotes the products and services offered by the vendor company. Create partnership programs to catalog the terms that you offer to your partners.

Create a partnership program
To create a partnership program, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to CRM → Partner Management → Partnership Programs.
- Click New and fill in the fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
Partnership program form fields
Field | Mandatory | Description |

Name | Y | Specify the partnership program name. |
Short name | N | Specify the partnership program short name. |
Partnership type | N | Select the partnership type. Possible options:

Responsible | Y | Specify the employee responsible for the partnership program. By default, the field is completed with the current employee. You can change this value. |
Description | N | Add a description of the program. |
Sales direction | Y | Specify the sales direction to which the program belongs. |
Link to partner portal | N | The link to the partner portal created for the selected sales direction. |
Services/Products | N | Select the services or products of the specified sales direction that are promoted in the program. |
Vendor | N | Specify the vendor for this partnership program. |
