Patch 1.6.2
In the new version, we have improved the processing of related actions and added new options for their creation. Apart from that, we have added the ability to specify marketer and pre-sale responsible groups for sales directions and to create tasks for pre-sale from the opportunity form.
We have also updated the CRM Field list Render widget: we have added the ability to specify a list view to be displayed in the widget and modified its placing on the opportunity form.
Additionally, we have updated the access rules to content formats, partnership programs, agreements, and partner levels, and added a new field to the partnership agreement form. Moreover, we have fixed the error that occurred when a lead was qualified with wrong TIN, and solved the problem that took place when too many records were added to a marketing list causing the Member List widget to stop displaying on the form.
Improvements
Actions update and actions for contacts
Changes of the Action (crm_action) table and its child tables:
- We have significantly changed access rules for creating and editing actions. Detailed information is available in the documentation.
- A new Contact option has been added to the Related record type field on the meeting, phone call, and email forms. When the new option is selected, the Related contact field appears on the form containing the related record of the new type.
- The forms of the Action (crm_action) table and its child tables now have the Activate and Deactivate buttons. The buttons change the value of the Active attribute. Only an active record can be edited.
- When a record is added to the Meeting (crm_appointment) or Phone Call (crm_phone_call) table, the Start date and time and End date and time fields are completed automatically with the user's current date and time. The user can change these values.
Changes of other tables related to the creation and processing of actions:
- Now, you can create Meetings, Phone Calls, and Emails in the new related lists on the customer contact and company forms. Another new related list, Actions, contains the actions of all types related to the contact or company.
- The New and Edit buttons have been hidden on the forms in all related lists created from the Action (crm_action) table. Now, you can only add records to the child tables of the Action table.
- The Edit button has been hidden from the forms in all related lists created from the CRM Task (crm_task), Meeting (crm_appointment), Phone Call (crm_phone_call), and Email (crm_email) tables.
Assign groups to sales direction and create tasks for pre-sale
We have updated several forms to facilitate the process of identification of responsible persons for the CRM entities and to improve record processing.

Update of the CRM Field list Render widget
We have created a new listView
option for the CRM Field list Render widget. In this option, you can specify the list view to be displayed in the widget. We have also updated the size of the widget in the Needs and Evaluation tabs of the Opportunity (crm_opportunity) form: the widget takes less space now.
Additionally, the TIN column of the Partner (crm_partner) table is now indexed for search.

Access to editing the content formats
Now only the users with with the crm_manager, crm_admin, and admin roles can edit records of the Content Format (crm_content_format) table. Earlier, all users with access to reading could edit the records of this table.
Improvements of partnership programs, agreements, and partner levels
We have made several improvements to the Partnership Agreement (crm_partnership_agreement), Partnership Program (crm_partnership_program), and Partner Level (crm_partner_level) tables:
- We have significantly changed the access control rules to the tables. Specifically, now users with any "out-of-the-box" CRM role can view the records.
- We have configured a default filter in the list interfaces for the users to see records of their sales directions.
A new Preferred distributor field has been added to the partnership agreement form, where you can specify the company preferred by the partner as the vendor product distributor.

Fixes
DEF0020699: If the New company checkbox was selected for a lead, and the Company TIN value was equal to 0, the New company checkbox was cleared at the qualification attempt, as well as the values of the Company name, Company website, and Company TIN fields. Now, in this case a corresponding error appears, and the field values remain in place.
DEF0020579: When more than five hundred records were added to a marketing list, the Member List widget stopped displaying on the form and an error appeared. Now, in this situation the widget is displayed correctly with no errors.
