Patch 1.7.1
We have created an integration with the Ainergy application: the AIN Call and Smart Filling widgets have been added to the lead form. Through them, it is now possible to call the contact that is going to be created for the lead, get a recording of the conversation, and automatically generate values for the lead form fields required for the qualification.
Additionally, we have implemented the ability to specify a partnership agreement related to a marketing campaign and made several improvements to the opportunities.
Improvements
AIN Call and Smart Filling widgets on the Lead form
The following Ainergy widgets have been added to the Lead (crm_lead) form:
- AIN Call – the widget allows you to call the contact specified on the lead form and automatically create an attachment for the lead record that contains the recording of the call. The call is done to the number specified in the Contact phone number field if you add a new contact for the lead.
- Smart Filling – the widget allows you to complete some of the form fields with the values generated automatically based on the call for the qualification of the lead. The values are generated after the call done with the AIN Call widget.
For the widgets to be displayed on the Lead form, after the installation of the B2B CRM 1.7.1 version you need to open the server script record Add Ain Call and Smart Filling to Leads located at the \{your instance URL}/record/sys_script/175429644308553855
address and click Run. This script adds Ainergy widgets to the Lead form.
- The integration has been developed based on the Ainergy 1.11.1 version. If the integration is used with the versions in which the state of the AIN Call and Smart Filling widgets is different from the one in this version, errors might occur.
- For the integration to work, you need to run the Add Ain Call and Smart Filling to Leads server script after each B2B CRM application update to add the widgets to the Lead form.

Partnership agreement related to a marketing campaign
We have added a new field called Partnership agreement to the Marketing campaign (crm_marketing_campaign) form. There, you can specify a partnership agreement related to the marketing campaign. The following logic has been configured for the field:
- If a Sales direction or Service/Product has been specified, it is only possible to select from the agreements created for the specified sales direction and service/product.
- If the Sales direction is empty when a partnership agreement is specified, the sales direction is specified automatically according to the sales direction of the partnership program to which the agreement is related.
- The Partnership agreement field is cleared if you specify a Sales direction or Service/Product that is not related to the current agreement.

Opportunity improvements
We have made several improvements to the Opportunity (crm_opportunity) form and list interface:

The values of the Open, Status, and Status reason fields can no longer be changed from the list interface with the inline editing.

When an opportunity is closed as lost, the value of the Opportunity probability, % field changes to 0.

The Reassign button is now available only on the forms of Active opportunities in the Open status. We have also partially changed the access rules for it: a user with the crm_sales role can only access the button if they are the responsible or the responsible's manager.

Some of the fields' values are now visible for the users with the crm_sales role in the opportunities that do not belong to their sales directions. Below, you can see the list of the fields that remain hidden in this case.
