HR Form and Launch Results

The Form Result (hrm_form_result) table contains the records of completed instances of each HR form and launch.

Roles required:

• Read – hrm_supervisor, hrm_form_manager, hrm_launch_manager and approvers specified in the hrm_form_launch.approver_ids.

View results in the agent interface

Follow one of the paths below to view the results in the agent interface:

Path	Steps
Via All results	Navigate to Human Resources Management → Forms and surveys → All results. Open the necessary form result record.
Via a Form record	Navigate to Human Resources Management → Forms and surveys → Forms. Open the necessary form record and click View results. The button is available if at least one launch has been created.
Via a Launch form record	Navigate to Human Resources Management → Forms and surveys → Form launches. Open the necessary form record and click View results. The button is available if at least one launch has been created.

HR Form Result fields

Field	Mandatory	Description
Form launch	Y	The field displays the launch title and is completed automatically.
Responses	Y	The field displays the answer provided by the respondent and is completed automatically.
Total respondents	N	The field displays the overall number of respondents who received their personal form instances. The field is completed automatically.
Respondents replied	N	The field displays the number of respondents who completed the form instance. The field is completed automatically.
Respondents not replied	N	The field displays the number of respondents who have not completed the form instance yet. The field is completed automatically.

View results on the portal

Follow the steps below to view the results on the portal:

1. On the portal, go to Main Page → Forms and Survey card → Launches.
2. (optional) Go to one one of the available categories: Pending, In progress, Completed, or Canceled.
3. Open the required launch record.
