HR Form and Launch Results

The records of filled out instances of each HR form for all its launches are available in the agent interface and stored for each form in a separate table whose titles and names are formed as follows:

  • Form results {form title}
  • с_hrm_form_result_{form id}

The table is created automatically after the first launch of the form.

tip

Roles required:

  • Create: admin.
  • Read:
    • hrm_supervisor can view the results of all their subordinates of all levels,
    • hrm_form_manager and hrm_form_launch_manager can view the results of the launches they created,
    • hrm_agent,
    • users specified in the Approvers field in an HR form launch can view the results of this launch only.
  • Update – admin.
  • Delete – admin.

View results in the agent interface


Follow one of the paths below to view the results in the agent interface:

Via a Form record
  1. Navigate to Human Resources ManagementForms and surveysForms.
  2. Open the necessary form record and click View results. The button is available if at least one launch has been created.
  3. Open the necessary respondent's result record.
The results of all launches of the current form are available.
Via a Launch form record
  1. Navigate to Human Resources ManagementForms and surveysForm launches.
  2. Open the necessary form record and click View results. The button is available if at least one launch has been created.
The results of the current launch only are available.

HR Form Result fields

Form launchNThe field is completed automatically and displays the name of the form launch.
RespondentNThe field is completed automatically and displays the name of the respondent.

The titles of the rest of the fields correspond to the questions of the HR form, while the values are the answers of the respondents.
