This section contains articles that will help you learn what employee information is stored in the HRMS application and how you can manage it.

HRMS allows you to store employee skills, maintain a history of the employee's interactions with the company, and collect feedback from an employee or peer feedback about the employee.

📄️ Employee History

Main information about the work-related changes registered in the system is stored in the Employee History (hrm_employee_history) table. Use the employee history records to track changes in the career: for instance, under whose supervision an employee worked, what was their job title and how long did they work on it, and what was the size of compensation.

📄️ Employment Contract

Main information about the employment contracts registered in the system is stored in the Employee Contract (hrm_employment_contract) table, which is based on the Contract table of the platform.
