HR Forms

HRMS allows creating electronic forms to conduct surveys, polls, or otherwise interact with your company's employees to collect information.

The following special roles are required to work with HR forms:

  • hrm_form_manager can create new forms, manage and edit existing forms, delete drafts and update the list of form types.
  • hrm_form_launch_manager can create, manage, and edit form launches. The manager can set launch parameters, target audiences, view launch states and analyze responses. The launch manager also sends reminders to respondents to complete the form.
