HR Form Question Response Option
Main information about the response options for form questions is stored in the Form Response Options (hrm_form_response_option) table.
Add a response option
To add a response option to a question, complete the following steps:
- In the agent interface, navigate to Human Resource Management → Forms and surveys → Forms.
- Switch to the Questions tab in the related lists area and a form record.
- Click Add response option in the upper-left corner and fill in the fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
