Subtask Template
Main information about the subtask templates registered in the system is stored in the Subtask Templates (hrm_subtask_template) table. The subtask templates are added as the options available for selection in the Task list widget on the HR request creation form in the portal and agent interfaces. The subtasks are created in accordance with the templates selected in the widget after the approval of the request.

Roles required:
- Read – hrm_agent.
- Create – hrm_manager.
- Update, delete – hrm_admin.
Create a subtask template
To create a subtask template, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to Human Resource Management → HR Task Management → Subtask Templates.
- Click New in the upper-left corner of the page and fill in the form fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

| Template | N | Add fields to the subtask template and specify their values. The values will be applied instantly after the creation of the subtask. For instance, if you add the Priority field with the High value, the created subtask will have a high priority. |

| Await conditions | N | Select the checkbox to set the completion conditions for the subtask. The field is available and mandatory if the Execute in order checkbox is selected. |

Related lists
- Other Model Template – the list contains other templates available in the Task list widget at the new request creation.
- Auto Assignment Rules – the list contains auto assignment rules for the subtasks of the template. Click New to add a new rule.
Update or delete a subtask template
You can update or delete a subtask template in the agent interface. To do so, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to Human Resource Management → HR Task Management → Subtask Templates and open the required record.

- To update a record, edit the required fields and click Save or Save and exit.
- To delete a record, open the burger menu and click Delete.
