Configure Recruitment Platform Connection

You can connect your instance to a recruitment platform. Consider the following example of connection to the hh.ru recruitment platform.

To set up a new connection, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in your personal account on hh.ru.

  2. Register your application. As a Redirect URI, use the page https://{your instance URL}/page/hrm_hh_ru_connection.

  3. Ensure that you have purchased access to the job seekers contacts database. Otherwise, some of their data will be unavailable and will not be saved in the database.

  4. Complete the fields below with the data from your personal account:

    • Application title
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret

  5. Click Connect. The system will redirect you to the recruitment platform.

  6. Click Proceed. The system will send you back to your instance and notify that the connection has been established.

    To create another connection, complete the following steps:

  7. (optional) Click Create new connection.

  8. (optional) Repeat steps 4-6.

To pause a connection, click Pause connection.

To resume a paused connection, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Reconnect.
  2. Click Continue in the window that opens. The system will redirect you to the recruitment platform.
  3. Click Proceed. The system will send you back to your instance and notify that the connection has been established.
