Available Absences
Main information about the number of vacation days and days off available for employees is stored in the Available Absences (hrm_available_absence) table.
tip
Roles required:
- Read – employees with access to the agent interface can view their own records; users with the hrm_supervisor role can view the records of their subordinates; hrm_agent.
- Create, update – hrm_agent.
Create available absences
To create absences available for an employee, complete the following steps:
- In the agent interface, navigate to Human Resource Management → Absences and Vacations → Available Absences.
- Click New in the upper-left corner of the page and fill in the required fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
Available absences form fields

| Employee | Y | Specify the employee to whom the available absences are assigned. |
| Number of available vacation days | Y | Specify the number of paid vacation days available for the employee. |
