Available Absences

Main information about the number of vacation days and days off available for employees is stored in the Available Absences (hrm_available_absence) table.

tip

Roles required:

  • Read – employees with access to the agent interface can view their own records; users with the hrm_supervisor role can view the records of their subordinates; hrm_agent.
  • Create, update – hrm_agent.

Create available absences


To create absences available for an employee, complete the following steps:

  1. In the agent interface, navigate to Human Resource ManagementAbsences and VacationsAvailable Absences.
  2. Click New in the upper-left corner of the page and fill in the required fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
