Job Category

Main information about the job categories registered in the system is stored in the Job Categories (hrm_job_category) table. Job categories allow applying actions to all positions that belong to one category. For example, you can create different selection stages for managerial positions and specialist positions.

Roles required:

  • Read – all users of the agent interface.
  • Create, update – hrm_manager.

Create a job category


To create a job category, complete the following steps:

  1. In the agent interface, navigate to Human Resource ManagementRegistersJob Categories.
  2. Click New in the upper-left corner of the page and fill in the required fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

ActiveNThe checkbox is selected by default. If the checkbox is cleared, the category is unavailable for selection when creating a job title.
  • Job Titles – the list contains job titles that belong to the job category.
