Job Title

Main information about the job titles registered in the system is stored in the Job Titles (hrm_job_title) table. A job title combines employees' positions and required skills.

Roles required:

  • Read – all users of the agent interface.
  • Create, update – hrm_agent.
  • Delete – hrm_admin.

Create a job title


To create a job title record, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Human Resource ManagementRecruitmentJob Titles.
  2. Click New in the upper-left corner and fill in the required fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

Job title form fields

NameYSpecify the name of the job title.
ActiveNThe checkbox is selected by default. Clear the checkbox to deactivate the record. If the checkbox is selected, the record is available for selection in the dictionary on other forms.
Job categoryYSpecify the category the job title belongs to.
  • Skills for Job Titles – the list contains skills specified for the job title.
  • Positions – the list contains positions held by the employees who have this job title.
