Job Title
Main information about the job titles registered in the system is stored in the Job Titles (hrm_job_title) table. A job title combines employees' positions and required skills.
tip
Roles required:
- Read – all users of the agent interface.
- Create, update – hrm_agent.
- Delete – hrm_admin.
Create a job title
To create a job title record, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to Human Resource Management → Recruitment → Job Titles.
- Click New in the upper-left corner and fill in the required fields.
- Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.
Job title form fields
Field | Mandatory | Description |

Name | Y | Specify the name of the job title. |
Active | N | The checkbox is selected by default. Clear the checkbox to deactivate the record. If the checkbox is selected, the record is available for selection in the dictionary on other forms. |
Job category | Y | Specify the category the job title belongs to. |

- Skills for Job Titles – the list contains skills specified for the job title.
- Positions – the list contains positions held by the employees who have this job title.
