We are happy to announce the first release of the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) application – our brand-new product for managing the employee lifecycle, from planning a job opening to conducting an exit interview.
The HRMS application makes managing core HR processes transparent and effective. It helps HR specialists track tasks and plan activities, as well as set up reporting and analytics of employee data.
The first HRMS application release includes a recruitment module, integration with a recruitment platform, and modules for tracking leaves of absence, conducting surveys, creating and processing HR requests, as well as storing and applying regulatory requirements.
Features
The HRMS application is released with the following functionality:
- Plan recruitment and payroll, manage position slots
- Create job posts and get them approved, publish jobs on a recruitment platform, screen candidates using recruitment funnels
- Create and process requests for onboarding, dismissals, leaves of absence, employment documents, and planned annual leave
- Manage the visualization of your company's organizational structure
- Configure the labor code regulatory requirements used by the system
- Create forms for surveys, employee assessments, and employee development meeting protocols, and set up dashboards to visualize the results
- Track and analyze changes in employees' job titles, departments, and salaries, and keep an account of employment contracts
General system configuration
The HRMS application provides the following tools:
- Make use of the HRMS role model. The application comes with a set of default roles that allow for a flexible assignment of rights to users depending on their tasks. This not only improves the user experience, but also protects the system and confidential information when working with the application.
- Set up integration with the hh.ru recruitment platform. The application allows you to upload candidate CVs and publish jobs without having to go to hh.ru.
- Configure the labor code regulatory requirements of the country your company's employees work in. You can add the regulations of different countries.
- Create recruitment funnels for job categories and apply them when working with job posts.
- Create your company's organizational chart. Once set up, the chart shows the employee reporting hierarchy and provides links to employee records to view their information.
