In the new version of HRMS, we have expanded the functionality for managing tasks by HR agents and added the feature to test employee knowledge. Additionally, this version introduces new user roles, refines the document management logic, and updates the demonstration data package.
Another important update is the introduction of the Test category for HR forms. This category allows you to not only collect responses but also assess respondents' knowledge. We have also added the feature to view all responses within a single form or launch.
Working with HR forms is now more convenient: we have added the Forms and Surveys card to the main page of the portal and placed the Form Instances item on the Activities tab of the portal's top menu.
We have also added the feature to store Job Descriptions and Bonus Policy as separate content items.
We have added new roles to the HRMS role model:
- hrm_finance_controller – is designed for viewing employee payroll information and also allows for creating and editing employment contract records and employee histories;
- hrm_budget_owner – allows for approving or rejecting the creation of new position slots for company budget management purposes.
New features
HR tasks
To fulfill HR requests or conduct surveys using HR forms, you can now create tasks and assign them to employees. The list of tasks is stored in the new Employee Task (hrm_employee_task) table. A task is considered completed and moves to the Completed state once all its HRM Subtasks (hrm_subtask) are also completed.
Users with the hrm_manager role can customize a subtask template for each Employee Task.

Test HR form category
You can now conduct employee testing. Test settings are available in the HR form of the new Test category. In the settings, you can do the following:
- specify a passing score;
- choose whether to show the correct answer to the respondent before asking the next question;
- allow or prohibit retaking the test.
After adding questions and points for correct answers, you will see the automatically calculated maximum score for the entire test. Automatic or manual check is available for different question types.

Using HR forms on the portal
We have expanded the functionality of HR forms on the portal. The Forms and Surveys card is now available on the portal's main page. Click it to access a page with a list of all HR forms. This page also contains a menu for navigating to forms, launches, and instances.
To view the HR form instances assigned to you, in the portal's top menu, go from the Activities tab to the new Form Instances item.
Protecting employees' financial information
To protect employees' financial information, we have introduced a new role, hrm_finance_controller. It allows users to create and edit employment contracts and employee histories within the company, as well as employees' salary fields in the tables where they exist.
Job descriptions and bonus policy
In this version, we have added the feature to store Job Description and Bonus Policy as separate Knowledge Base items.
The Job description field is now available on the Employment Contract and Position forms, and the Bonus policy field is now available on the Position form.

Improvements
Position slot
Searching when creating a position slot has become more convenient:
- When creating a position slot, you can now see all existing position slots, not just those related to the current position;
- Employment contracts can be searched for the entire company using the position slot form.
Users can now link multiple position slots to a single vacancy, or job post. This allows for optimization of the number of identical vacancies.

HH.ru integration update
We have updated the fields in the Job Post (hrm_job_post) table to reflect changes on the HH.ru job search platform.
For the convenience of HR agents, the last name, first name, and patronymic are no longer required on the Applicant form, and entries without values in these fields will be saved with the title "Anonymous Candidate".

Fixes
DEF0021864: The Vacation absence type was not available for users who had not yet received or already spent all their vacation days. This absence type is now available to such users. Now, if their request is approved, a negative number of available vacation days is displayed.
DEF0021584: We have fixed an issue where users were not receiving notifications about comments left on tasks.
DEF0021444: Users who responded to Certificate request registration notifications by email received not only the required documents but also system-generated attachments after completing the request. The error has been fixed; now only the required files are sent.
DEF0021415: Fixed a bug that prevented the Start work button from displaying on the Applicant submission task form.
DEF0021396: Fixed a bug that caused the Complete button to remain inactive even after attaching a file in the modal window when completing a request for electronic certificate in the agent interface if the request originated from the portal.
DEF0021351: Fixed an issue where the total number of subordinates was not displayed for some managers in the Organizational Structure.
DEF0021105: Fixed a bug where duplicating questions in a related list on a survey form would only copy one of the several selected questions.
DEF0020999: Fixed a bug where the Assignment group field would not fill automatically after a manager submitted a request for the dismissal of a subordinate employee.
