In the new version, we made it easier to manage HR tasks both for HR specialists who place tasks and for assignees. We also improved employee selections for HR forms.

Managing HR tasks in the agent interface and on the portal

When creating HR tasks and their subtasks, users can specify whether it is required to approve the results or upload an attachment to complete them.

Now users can control HR tasks and subtasks in the agent interface and on the portal using buttons.

Users who are assignees or approvers of the parent task can view its subtasks.

New task and subtask portal pages consist of three widgets:

  • Activity Feed – use it to share any information about the task and its subtasks by exchanging messages, notifications of which are sent to the task caller and the task assignee,
  • Result – contains a report on the task results,
  • Task info – contains basic information and task control buttons.

Employee selections

The field Number of employees on the Employee Selection table forms automatically counts the number of employees covered by the selection and the list of selected employees is available in the Selection Results related list.

Users with the hrm_form_launch_manager role now can create, update, and delete employee selection records.

Fixes


DEF0021684: Updated old API settings which caused the HRMS application to sync no more than a 100 corporate currency transaction records with an external loyalty program. Now every user's transaction record gets synced.

DEF0021328: Fixed logic where the Document ready button was displayed on request forms in the agent interface for Completed requests with Not Solved (Refused) and Not Solved (Dropped) results.

DEF0021268: Fixed an issue where user requests subject to automatic approval were waiting for manual approval.
