Version 1.18.0
In this version, we have implemented the ability to bundle change requests together. We have also improved how information is displayed on infrastructure incidents, added the Steps to reproduce field on the incident portal form, and expanded the change request preview form.
New features
Change bundles
It is now possible to bundle change requests together. This makes managing them more convenient.
To create and manage change bundles, we have implemented the Change Bundle table (itsm_change_bundle). The State and Closure code of a change bundle are determined automatically based on the States and Closure codes of the change requests it includes. When assigning a user or a group to a change bundle, this user or group will be sent a corresponding notification.

Improvements
Service owner information on infrastructure incidents
To improve how information is displayed on infrastructure incident forms, the Static User Information widget title on them has been changed from Caller to Service owner. In addition, the Caller field is now also filled in with the Service owner field value for the infrastructure incidents that were created automatically.
We have also added a removable filter for the Service field options on the incident form. It displays the services whose Service type is not Request.

Steps to reproduce on the incident portal form
When reporting an incident on the Self-Service Portal, users can now provide information on how to reproduce it in the Steps to reproduce field. This allows for faster and more accurate troubleshooting.

Expanded change request preview
To make the change request preview form more informative, it now includes the following fields:
- Planned start datetime
- Planned end datetime
- Planned downtime
- Downtime notes
This helps to make related decisions faster.
