SDLC Notification List

The article lists the notification templates confifugred in the "out-of-the-box" SDLC version and active by default.

  • The users will not receive notifications if their actions triggered the event.
  • The notifications contain information only about the changed fields.
  • The sections of this article contain information about the parent table mentioned in the section title and all its child tables.
caution

Currently, the notifications are only added in Russian. In this article, we provide the translation of the notification subject though it is not present in the system. You can add the translations if necessary.

SDLC Task​

SDLC Task (pda_backlog_item) notifications​

A {task number} task has been added to the [{project code}] projectThe Project field has been changed in the task. Displayed fields:
  • Project;
  • Task;
  • Updated by.
  • Team leaders of the project specified in the task;
  • Owner of the product specified in the project selected in the task.
  • The [{project code}] {task number} task state changed to {state}
  • {employee} is assigned responsible for the [{project code}] {task number} task
  • The [{project code}] {task number} task has been updated
The State or Assigned to field has been changed in the task, or a comment in the Discussion / Work Notes has been added to the Activity Feed. If only the State or Assigned to field value has been changed, one of the first two notifications is sent. If more than one field has been changed or a comment has been added to the Activity Feed, the general notification about the task update is sent. Displayed fields:
  • Task;
  • Assigned to;
  • New and old value: State;
  • Updated by;
  • Comments (type, author, date, content).
  • Team leaders of the project specified in the task;
  • Owner of the product specified in the task project;
  • If the Assigned to field has been changed, the notification is additionally sent to the current and previous responsible employee.
SDLC Task (pda_backlog_item), Feature (pda_feature), User Story (pda_user_story) notifications​

  • The acceptance criteria of the [{project code}] {task number} task are changed
  • The [{project code}] {task number} task has been updated
The Name, Description, or Acceptance criteria field values have been changed in the task. If only the value of one of these fields has been changed, one of the first three notifications is sent. If more than one field has been changed, the general notification about the task update is sent. Displayed fields:
  • Task;
  • New values of the updated fields: Name, Description, Acceptance criteria;
  • Updated by.

Release​
