Time Entries
The Time Entry (wtm_time_entry) table stores data on the time spent on a specific activity in a specific day.
You cannot create or edit records of this table from its list or form views. To create a new time entry or modify an existing one, use the timesheet or the Specify Time Spent button on a task form.

The users with the admin or wtm_admin role can view all records of this table and delete them.
View time entries
An employee can only view their time entries. Managers can view their time entries as well as their subordinates' time entries.
To view the time entries, navigate to Time Entry Management → Time Entries.
Time Entry form fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The date the time was submitted on. |
| Employee | The employee who submitted the time spent. |
| Activity | The Activity specified by the employee when submitting the time spent. |
| Activity type | The Activity type specified by the employee when submitting the time spent. |
| Task | The task the time was spent on The field is displayed when Task is selected in the Activity field |
| Time spent | Time spent on the activity in days, hours, minutes, and seconds. |
| Timecard | The Timecard this time entry is included in. |
| Main group | If the employee is a member of several groups, their main group is displayed here. |
